Director
Neil has a wealth of expertise as a property developer and investor with an illustrious career in the UK commercial property market for over 20 years, placing him at the forefront of the industry. For the past 7 years Neil has successfully focussed on the hotel sector demonstrating an unparalleled ability to identify investment opportunities with an astute understanding of market trends and risk management having developed and invested in brands such as Hilton and Travelodge.
Prior to this, Neil gained a wealth of experience working as an investment banker where he held senior positions with Citibank, Kleinwort Benson and Societe General before converting his proven track record and expertise in hotel investment and development into reality for Cheviot Park Developments, making a lasting impact on the industry.

Jason is an experienced contractor and property developer having worked in the UK construction industry for over 30 years. Jason worked as construction manager for two of the UK’s foremost and respected property developers accumulating a wealth of experience with Premier Property Group (PPG) and Scarborough and Edinburgh Property, prior to becoming the Commercial Director for Miller Group UK.
With an unwavering commitment to quality and innovation Jason became a key driver in the growth and expansion of the property portfolio of some of the UK’s largest organisations, including Amazon, NEXT, and Coca Cola, whilst at the same time sitting on the strategic board for Asda Wal-Mart and advising on the $100m annual development budget.
Jason and Neil established Cheviot Park Group to redefine the boundaries of property development, finding numerous strategic opportunities for Clients and making them a reality.
